Origin by Dan Brown

The Master of Suspense is back!!!! With Da Vinci Code 2.0 in Spain this time: Langdon’s friend’s discovery needs to be re-discovered by Langdon and he gets help (insert an eye-roll here) from a very beautiful and very curious woman who asks a lot of questions. Does women make any statements in Browns books?! No. Langdon is the man of answers aka good reasearch job come on! This pattern seems to be working every.single.time. and Homo neuroticus likes!

Still digesting it though. Heavy stuff this time and it also smells like a banned book. Nice!

Little fires everywhere by Celeste Ng

Bold and real approach to the many and often contradictory dimensions of motherhood.

Also another book about several ”bad” mothers and their children in my bookshelf.

Intersting.

The Nix by Nathan Hill

When the GenX speaks out (see the game reference here?) it’s painfully honest. The delivery of the many sad and utterly confusing subjects is less painfull thank you very much.

Thanks to our sponsors and thanks for the eye-opening ride. I want to get off! But first i’ll recommend this book to all ”The Goldfinch” (by Donna Tartt) lovers out there! xoxo!
